What You’ll Do
Vision, hands-on mindset, and strong expertise to lead the company technologically and elevate productivity, AI adoption, and the performance of development teams
Responsibilities
Define and implement the company’s technology strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and other leadership team members
Inspire and coach the development team (engineering, QA, DevOps) to boost performance and accountability, leading by example through personal commitment and hands-on involvement where needed
Evaluate and grow the team members with clear objectives, mentoring, and KPIs
Foster a culture of AI tool adoption and improve technical excellence through innovative practices (code quality, technical reviews, observability)
Co-shape and oversee the AI roadmap (e.g., intelligent scheduling, predictive monitoring, data-driven insights)
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success departments to address customer needs and roadmap priorities
Ensure technical reliability and scalability of our SaaS platforms
Represent the company’s technology direction to customers, partners, and investors
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
8+ years of experience in software engineering roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position (CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Tech)
Previous experience with B2B SaaS products and multi-tenant architectures
Hands-on technical understanding (cloud infrastructure, DevOps, REST APIs, databases, monitoring)
Ability to improve team performance
Knowledge or involvement in projects with AI/ML or optimization algorithms
Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
Fluent in English
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience driving AI adoption within small or mid-sized teams
Previous experience with shift scheduling, workforce optimization, or security-related platforms
Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
Active participation in open-source or tech communities
