Responsibilities

  • Development, implementation and control of global strategies, methods and procedures for the development of human resources in an organisation/business as a whole

  • Handling requests, complaints and other issues between staff and management

  • Overall management and supervision of the recruitment process of new staff

  • Supporting business needs through the development, motivation and maintenance of human resources

  • Creating a positive working environment

  • Managing and monitoring a staff reward system that leads to higher performance and work motivation

  • Management of the payroll plan and the bonus scheme

  • Assessment of training needs and supervision of the training programmes that will take place within the company

  • Provide HR metrics and statistics for better decision making

  • Ensuring compliance with the applicable human resources management conditions set by law

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of HR techniques and procedures

  • Capacity to organise structures and leadership

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation / business

  • Knowledge of labour law and labour rights

  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language in oral and written level

  • Studies in Human Resource Management or related field

  • Work experience as a Human Resources Manager or in another human resources management position will be appreciated

  • Experience with management of metrics and statistics related to human resources will be appreciated
