What You’ll Do
Management, security, and availability of the company’s IT & Cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Management, maintenance, and optimization of corporate IT equipment (laptops, servers, network devices, peripherals).
- Supervision and management of the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) hosting our SaaS products.

- Implementation and maintenance of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, backups, scaling).
- Ensuring the security, availability, and reliability of all IT and Cloud systems.
- Collaboration with the CTO and development teams on technical improvements, processes, and new projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an IT / System / DevOps Engineer role, ideally within a SaaS or software company.
Good knowledge of:

- Windows & Linux administration
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, or equivalent)
- Network equipment (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs)
- Scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix) will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SoftOne, Zoho CRM) will be highly appreciated.
- Good English skills, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
