SaaS Account Executives

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships with SaaS customers: Identify needs, propose suitable solutions, build long-term partnerships, and recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

  • Expand Terracom’s customer base: Target new markets and industries, engage decision-makers, create new commercial opportunities, and broaden the network of contacts

  • Monitor market and competition: Analyze industry trends, assess competitive solutions, and contribute to shaping a data-driven commercial strategy

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: From the initial discovery call to closing, utilizing CRM tools, forecasting, pipeline management, and continuous process optimization

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction: Conduct regular check-ins, resolve issues promptly, evaluate the overall customer experience, and strengthen ongoing partnerships

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Product Team: Gather and communicate feedback, propose improvements, and actively participate in shaping new product features

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in an Account Executive role (SaaS experience is considered a strong advantage)

  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both spoken and written

  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office

  • Participation in marketing or demand generation campaigns will be considered a plus

  • Strong commercial mindset, strategic planning ability, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
