Sales Account Executives

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing and new clients for SaaS solutions: Building trust and close cooperation with existing clients while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring that client needs are fully met

  • Expanding the customer base: Targeting new markets and industries to grow the clientele and identifying strategic opportunities for growth
  • Market analysis and opportunity identification: Actively researching industry developments and competitive products to identify new business opportunities and adjust the sales strategy accordingly
  • Managing the sales cycle: From initial contact and promotion of the solution to closing the deal, monitoring sales, and improving performance through the use of CRM systems and other tracking tools
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and problem resolution: Organizing regular meetings with clients to evaluate their experience, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Collaborating with the product development team: Acting as a liaison between clients and product development teams, gathering feedback, and proposing improvements to increase the value of offered solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive. Experience with SaaS products will be appreciated
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience in marketing/advertising campaigns will be considered an asset
  • Business acumen and innovative approach to strategic planning
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to meet targets
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
