Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn or other dedicated platforms
Qualification: Conduct thorough research on potential leads to determine their suitability and qualify them based on predefined criteria
Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to present our SaaS solutions and services
Opportunity Creation: Identify and create opportunities by effectively articulating the value proposition of our SaaS solutions, arranging product demos, and setting up meetings for the sales team
Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and maintain ongoing communication to support the sales process
Requirements
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated experience or aptitude for sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and qualification strategies
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage prospects and convey complex information clearly and persuasively
Excellent knowledge of English language, verbal & written
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and foster long-term business relationships
Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced sales environment
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based technologies, including CRM systems, email marketing tools, and sales automation platforms
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Resilience: Adaptability and persistence in overcoming objections, handling rejection, and maintaining a positive attitude in a sales-driven role
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role.
Familiarity with the SaaS industry and understanding of B2B sales cycles.
