Responsibilities
Lead Generation: identifying and locating potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn or other marketing platforms
Conduct a thorough research on potential potential clients to determine their suitability and certify them based on predefined criteria
Communication: constant contact with prospective customers via phone, email and other communication channels to present the company’s solutions and services
Creating Opportunities: Identify and create opportunities by effectively articulating the value of the company’s SaaS solutions, organizing product presentations and meetings for the sales team
Monitor and manage potential customers and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring that they are accurately and timely updated
Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team to ensure you keep them informed of suitable prospective customers and maintain ongoing communication to support the sales process
Requirements
Sales ability: proven experience or ability to sell, preferably in a B2B environment. Knowledge of sales techniques, prospecting and customer acquisition strategies
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively approach customers and convey complex information clearly and persuasively
Excellent knowledge of English language, oral & written
Interpersonal relationship building skills: strong communication skills to build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs and maintain long-term business relationships
Strong personal motivation: Ability to work independently and continuously motivated to grow sales cycle and achieve targets
Computer skills: Familiarity with SaaS software and cloud-based technologies, including CRM systems, Email Marketing tools and sales automation platforms
Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritize and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Resilience in a demanding environment: adaptability and perseverance, ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a sales-driven role
Team spirit: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a degree in a related field
Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role
Familiarity with the SaaS industry and understanding of B2B sales cycles
