ERP Account Managers

Responsibilities

  • Management of ERP customer accounts, including customer relationship maintenance

  • Providing advice and support to customers regarding the optimal use and development of ERP accounting applications

  • Guiding customers through the process of installation, upgrade, or integration of ERP applications

  • Participation in ERP project management, coordinating activities, and ensuring successful implementation

  • Promoting new ERP products and services, as well as identifying business development opportunities

  • Collaboration with internal departments, such as support and technical teams, to meet customer needs

  • Ensuring compliance of ERP applications with standards and regulations

  • Monitoring the market for new technologies and trends in the ERP sector

Requirements

  • Desired experience and understanding of ERP applications, including their functions and processes

  • Essential sales experience of at least 2 years, particularly in the area of accounting applications or technology

  • Ability to manage customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with customers and the team

  • Data analysis skills for generating reports and providing improvement recommendations

  • Project management skills, attention to detail, and handling multiple responsibilities

  • Strategic thinking ability to determine strategic approaches for performance improvement

  • Ability to provide training and instruction to customers on the use of ERP applications
